Drinks were not great. Beer came in cans. Starters were pretty good but the main course left something to be desired. The restaurant itself feels like a dump. The service was pretty good, considering we showed up with a party of 21 with no reservation. There have to be better alternatives if I was to visit again. If I were a first time visitor- I would skip this. Try something else. For what it's worth, we loved the nachos and conch fritters. We hated the fried shrimp and crab dip.

I have dropped into the Banana Cabana for quick lunches and drinks on a couple of visits to IOP. While I did not find the food to be fabulous, the drinks were nice and cold and the service was friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well. With all of the great eating establishments in Charleston and Mt. Pleasant, this would not be my first choice for a great meal. However, if you are staying on the island and looking for a quick meal without getting in your car and going off island, this is a good alternative.

We were totally unimpressed. Frozen drinks were OK, food mediocre, service was good. Beach setting is nice. Fried oysters were the best thing that we tried.

I think this is a good burger / beer spot. The nachos looked amazing. My wife and kids liked their hot dogs - but no one like the crab dip app. Was bad canned crab with mayo and captains wafer cracker. That's really bad. My crab cakes used the same crab, but the heavy seasoning made them "ok."

I've always had a good food experience at Banana Cabana. On the other hand, I've always had a bad server experience. I left for a while because of the service, but friends visiting from out of town always find the place appealing, so I find myself coming back. Absolutely no food complaints, but y'all need to do something about your servers.

A perfectly adequate beach Restaurant. Get shrimp. However done, they're superb. Skip the banana daiquiri. Heavy and cloyingly sweet.

It of conch fritters, loud puppies undercooked. Service was still good. Apparently having a bad day. Previously rated a "beach" 5.

The other reviews were very accurate. My experience was average. I had the seafood burrito, which was full of seafood, but drowned in cheese. My Limon Rita was weak at best. All I could taste was sour mix. The he crab soup was hot, but salty and meatless. The love music consisted of a dude with a guitar whose songs all sounded alike. The black beans and rice were really dry. The server was ok, but probably won't return unless it was a sunny day at the beach and I wanted to sit outside.

This is our go-to on Isle of Palms. Everyone in the family can find something on the menu. Juicy burgers and a fantastic mojo chicken sandwich! Nightly specials on the board. Pizza, seafood, HUGE plate of nachos (order the chicken nachos made with chicken from the house rotisserie!) and a pretty decent Greek salad. We can't get out of here without a frozen cocktail! Swimsuit friendly with a coverup. Walk up from the beach. Dining inside (air conditioned!) or outside on porch or patio.

My husband and I recently moved to SC and decided to stop by this place to have lunch by the beach. Soon after entering, we realized it was not what we expected. Everything was off: awful smell, decoration, and service. So we thought "lets just have a beer and go somewhere else after" but our IDs were rejected!! We found out this is the first "touristic" place that we've been to that won't take international IDs in order to sell alcohol, they only take Passports. Really guys? Are you expecting all tourists to carry around their passports? Crappy place. They should re-evaluate their policies ASAP.

Dinner with a show and a view, how better can that get? Sadly, mine did not go too well because it started raining. The waitress and hostesses were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Fresh is the first word to describe the food. I ordered the Shrimp 'n Crab pizza and every bite you take you can taste how fresh the seafood really is. My friend ordered the Macho Nachos and it was delicious as well. The nachos were piled sky high with fresh toppings. The strawberry daiquiri was well worth every penny I paid, and everything else on the menu as well. I will for sure come back multiple times.

Horrible waste of time. We were seated outside after waiting about 15 minutes, so things didn't start off so bad. However , once we were seated we sat there alone for 20 minutes while watching 5 different servers ignore us. I have no idea why we were ignored, since we watched other tables have their orders taken. After sitting idle for the 20 minutes outside we just got up and left. No one even noticed that we left. We went somewhere else nearby and had service within 2 minutes of sitting down. Do yourself a favor and skip the ocean view at Banana for actual food and service ( unless you're ok with doing nothing).

For 2 1/2 years of my life, I lived on and off the Outer Banks. It's the pure definition of a tourist trap - population 500 year-round and population 40,000 tourists from O-H-I-O during the summer. Compared to that, I don't even realize that Charleston is a tourist city. All this changes whenever I have friends in town and I inadvertently go touristing myself, as was the case that I wound up at Banana Cabana. One of my friends from high school was down for a long weekend and invited me to tag along on her vacation. Sign me up! My Charleston friends don't even like to go to the beach, so I was super excited to be invited to the beach and a restaurant that serves boat drinks. ("Boat drinks. Waitress, I need two more boat drinks.") We arrived around 6:00 on a Monday night and I was instantly taken back a decade in time. Banana Cabana reminds me of the ridiculous tourist traps on the Outer Banks where no local would ever go to...and I love. It was bar food, frozen drinks complete with whipped cream and a cherry, and an acoustic cover singer all with an ocean view. I was in heaven! I should also mention that my blue boat drinks were oh so tasty. The nachos are insane - they may not be the best nachos I've ever had, but they're pretty great and are stacked high on a large pizza tray. We also split the crab cakes, jalepeno poppers, and hush puppies. This all coupled perfectly with the Jack Johnson covers of 2005. To some Banana Cabana might be hell, but for me it was heaven on earth. Sure, it's a total tourist trap, but it makes me want to be a tourist in my own town. All and all I am B-A-N-A-N-A-S for Banana Cabana.

Our first time to IOP so we weren't sure where to go. It didn't have terrible reviews on Yelp, so we decided to try it out. The atmosphere when you walk in is very "local beachy" for lack of better words. Nothing extremely exciting, nothing fancy, yet comfortable. Our party, as well as another couple, got a feeling the hostess was ignoring us. It definitely wasn't the friendliest start, but could have been worse. We were seated and greeted right away. Our server, whose name escapes me, was great. Our drinks came out fast as well as our food. The macho nachos were insanely huge and delicious. The fried shrimp basket was good, nothing special. The taco salad was delicious as well as the crab cakes. Not sure if we would ever visit here again, but we didn't dislike it at the same time. I just think there are better places to venture!

So I was feening for some fried shrimp for a cheap cost, and this did the trick! The hubby and I arrived in this little restaurant/bar a few minutes before they closed. The sign said wait to be seated by the staff was chilling at the bar so we proceeded to walk to the bar. The staff finally noticed us and said we could sit anywhere we wished. We sat at a booth and our waiter immediately came with our menus. The menu is pretty vast with a lot of fried food and other options. I ordered the shrimp and fries. I asked the waiter could I substitute for some hush puppies. He said I couldn't but since they were closing he would get me some that were already cooked! Thank you sir! I also ordered their strawberry daiquiri and a frozen margarita. The hush puppies, shrimp, and fries were good and hit the spot of fried "bar"seafood! The daiquiri was really good and I really enjoyed it! I ended up leaving my whole margarita on the table, it was not very good. The inside of this place is not fancy, so don't think other wise. My service was really good and it did the trick to fill my hunger. Three thumbs up!

Went here for lunch. The place was not busy and there appeared to have been several employees working. We were told by the waitress that our appetizer, a bloomin onion would be right out however she disappeared for around 15 minutes and finally reappeared with the appetizer. It was mostly cold and only warm in the middle. I ordered the seafood pizza which was not very good. It appeared to be a pre-made crust with scant amounts of crab meat and 8 pieces of shrimp total, not quite what I expected for $10. My husband got the breaded shrimp and he seemed to like his, but as he stated, it is pretty hard to screw up fried shrimp. Would not recommend!

While there are a couple other places to grab ice cream, this yogurt stand is terrific. They had flavors like Birthday Cake, Mixed Berry, Cocoanut, Tart Vanilla, etc. All the toppings you could want, including a Jiffy peanut butter dispenser. Very friendly service, clean and great quality. I will come back.

I have vacationed to Isle of Palms several times and we ALWAYS make a point to go to the Banana Cabana!!! We LOVE the macho nachos... especially when Rick will make them late at night for us :) Did I mention we love the nachos? We usually spli tit for lunch and barely finish. These nachos are awesome, they are not soggy yet they have plenty of toppings! We also love their quesadillas .... shrimp and shrimp/sausage are high on our list. Love their classic old time feel yet their outdoor seating with live music is wonderful addition! If I could transplant this place to Cary, NC I would be there at least once or twice a week! they make their own bloody mary mix which I think is nice, I know bloody mary mixes can be a touchy subject for people but I respect a restaurant that makes the effort. ****Please go for me if you read this because I can only get down there about once a year!

We love coming to the Banana Cabana. A great view, live music, and mixed drinks makes for a relaxing vibe. My favorite is the Greek pizza. My husband said the shrimp was some of the best he had on vacation!

My friends and I took a spontaneous trip to Isle of Palms as an end of summer getaway. After leaving Isle of Palms we did what every tourist does ... Find one of the local places next to the beach to eat at. We were strongly advised to go to Coconut Joes, but, chose Banana Cabana instead. We sat outside and were able to see the ocean front and there was also a guy singing as we all ate or waited for our food to come. The service was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. However, the food was way below par, especially for the prices you pay. I ordered crab shrimp pizza, which is unique in itself. However, it was veryyyy bland and even slightly watery. It seemed as so they made the dough for the pizza, put the pizza sauce on top and after cleaning the crab sprinkling it on top and covering it with cheese and topped it off with shrimp. The problem with that is it has absolutely no sense of flavor! Just a bit of fishy-ness due to the fresh crab and a slight taste of pizza sauce, that tasted very much so like squashed tomatoes. Everything could have used a lot more seasoning. The shrimp could have been marinated as well as the crab. The pizza sauce was missing a certain zest that most have. Therefore, I was thoroughly disappointed, as were my friends with their dishes. We decided that when we return to Isle of Palms we will definitely try Coconut Joes as most suggested we originally do.

I've only been here in the past for a quick drink and to soak up some sun on their back patio. But this time I came for the food because of all the 5 star reviews I've read. No doubt this place is on prime real estate right on the beach. It's definitely a dive bar feeling on the inside and when you walk in, it just looks like it's been around from some time. I think it would be cool to see them update it a bit. As for the outside, there really is nothing for this place to do to sell you on it. The sounds of the beach waves, post card view, and sunshine sells it all. Our server was attentive and helpful and thank goodness because the menu is a bit overwhelming. I ordered the shrimp and sausage quesidillas and was told it was an excellent choice. Oh, it definitely was. It was HUGE and just packed with deliciously sauteed shrimp and sausage. It came with fries and big dollops of sour cream, salsa, and guac. I couldn't finish it for how big it was. I'll definitely return to try some more seafood.

My family and I went to Banana Cabana for a nice night after a long drive to our vacation spot. We luckily came across this relaxing restaurant with live music and generous portions of fresh seafood. The hush puppies were a little over fried and the table we dined at outside was a random fold table that they brought out for larger parties. Even with those issues, I would still recommend it to anyone.

Nice little beach bar. Great pile of nachos, went well with that Palmetto ale. Everyone was happy with their wide variety of choices. Even had a talented singer/guitarist we enjoyed very much. Great start to our vacation.

Go beyond the bar and onto the back patio...it's a different world. Service is always quick and friendly, drinks are good, patio view is beautiful. As a local I've never really eaten anything but the nachos once (and don't order them, they were not good). They really need to renovate the bar area, as it is currently stuck in the 80s. It's the first thing people see when they walk in so they should def spend the money to update it. Floors, finishes and everything. 3 stars because there's a lot of potential but it's just not there which is why we only hit it once a year or so.

This place has a fun atmosphere with good food. The cold drinks are excellent, especially the rotten banana. We had the nachos, the artichoke and red bell pepper quesidilla, blooming onion, and she crab soup. All of it was very good with huge helpings. We sat outside and there was a nice breeze from the ocean. They had live music, but this guy was playing some songs that seemed like pretty old to me and I am not that young. My teenage kids seemed to enjoy this place. No reservations were needed and all I all this was a great experience.

Our food was pretty good. I had the mahi catch of the day on a Greek salad. They had live music outside but it was too hot to stay out there. The service was great. Only complaint was our seating was very squished.

Typical beach restaurant. Great view on the roof! The appetizers looked like they were thrown together, nothing too spectacular. The fish was great! We had Mahi Mahi and Grouper. Giving it 4 stars because I rarely give anything 5 stars. We will defiantly be back during beach season. It's a great place to take anyone visiting too!

I went here for the fist time this week. The Food was pretty good, I had the Crab cake platter it wasent the best crab cake around but it was good. The Deck out back would be awesome to eat on a sunny day, but I think next time I will just come for the great drinks and some apps.

Friendly staff and fun atmosphere made this little place a great pit stop for some appetizers. I would stay clear of the fried conch fritters though. No one at the table cared for them. We did have the macho nachos and they were great. Tried the chicken fingers also and thought they were a bit bland.

This is a great little spot for just off the beach grub. We did not experience the weird smells that another reviewer mentioned. We weren't expecting, or wanting much at all. Just a quick place to get some food while still in our beach attire. Since we went at an off time our food came out very quickly. I got the fried shrimp basket with fries and my boyfriend got the fried grouper sandwich with fries. Both had good batter with good seasoning and were fried to perfection. Plus our waitress told us that she would let us know if we ordered something "not good", which I guess is nice. Why I'm giving four stars instead of five - they serve their beer in small plastic cups but charge the same as a bigger draft glass. Short list of on tap selections, but definitely a variety. Also, we had to pay for parking. Wasn't hard to find but just annoying.

Checked this place out while out visiting in South Carolina. Went to Isle of Palms and decided to grab quick lunch and drinks with friends. The place has a dive bar feel, but looking out back there is a patio with live music and a walkway (like every other spot) directly to DA beach Mon! The service was OK, not bad, not great, and the food went somewhere along the same lines. We got the fried Conch cause its something new to try, as well as the Cuban Sandwich. The conch was a little disappointing, not that it was bad, just nothing to write home about as it was a bit bland and didn't make me think, HOLY SH!T this is bomb conch. The Cuban was plain, I've had better as the meat was little dry and the "pressing" of the sandwich didn't seem evident.

Went here with my wife and a friend. We tried the cold crab dip. Although it was of good quantity and full of crab vice filler, it could have been seasoned. It lacked either hot sauce or horsy radish... The two women had shrimp creole, they loved it and had half to take home. I had the shrimp and sausage. It was very well seasoned and the grilled shrimp were well cooked.

Went here for lunch the other day and it was ok. The service was decent and the AC provided a nice break from the heat. I ordered the crab cake sandwich and we ordered the macho nachos for 3 other people. The crab cake was so-so but the nachos were ok quality and very generous portions. The 4 of us could have just eaten the nachos and been filled up. There are definitely better places to eat in the Charleston area but if you are coming from the beach and want a quick bite or a drink then the Banana Cabana will do in a pinch.

Wanted something not far from our Mt. Pleasant hotel that did seafood cheaply. Banana Cabana did not disappoint. The girlfriend had the frozen banana daiquiri which was tasty, but not sure how strong it was. We got the buffalo oysters app which was good quality and hot -- swimming in hot sauce. I had the crab cake sandwich which wasn't overwhelmingly fantastic but fresh using and with a delicious honey mustard type sauce. The pasta salad side was fantastic and I rarely enjoy pasta salads; just didn't feel like fries or slaw. She got a salad with buffalo shrimp -- not on the menu but more of a custom request our waitress was happy to fulfill. Great prices to top it off, and as a bonus, it appeared that they only employ young, attractive servers and hostesses, so there's that!

Banana Cabana has a prime location located along the busy street in "downtown" Isle of Palms...what keeps it quieter than many other options along the street is the fact it looks like a straight up dive bar from the outside. The hidden secret is that once inside you can see that their is a large back patio backing right up the dunes and ocean. Upon walking in my friend and I were presently surprised with how fresh the smell was inside. We ended up sitting outside on a picture perfect day and had great service by a girl named Tonya who was very attentive and had some funny remarks. We began our late afternoon dinner lunch with crab stuffed mushrooms, topped with cheese...delicious. On our drive there we had both talked about having a craving for crab cakes so we both ended up getting crab cake sandwiches. They were cooked very well, filling, and tasted great with either the honey mustard sauce that comes with it, or ranch which we asked for separately. We will definitely be returning again to try more food and to taste a variety of their frozen and specialty drinks.

My husband and I ate here our first night on IOP and definitely regret it. From the instant I walked in, I wasn't too happy. This place is not a cool dive bar, it's just a dive. Maybe if you need a quick drink and can sit outside overlooking the beach, it's not that bad, but it was raining, so we had to sit inside. Our service was very friendly, but the food was just bad. We split the seafood platter and I would've preferred Long John Silver's to that seafood. Oh, well. We loved everywhere else we ate during our long weekend!

We were seated by a friendly hostess and then greeted by a friendly waitress. My date and I were only there for a mid afternoon beer and appetizers. We ordered the Buffalo oysters and boiled shrimp. The oysters were unique as I never tried a Buffalo style sauce on deep fried oysters. I loved 'em. However, the boiled shrimp (served pre peeled) was a bit mealy and not deveined.....it was quite the turn-off. Maybe it is just me, but I think if the cooks go through the effort to pre peel shrimp, it should also be deveined.

Judging from several of the reviews here my relatives and I figured this could be a decent place to grab lunch while checking out the shops. There was six of us needing a table so finding a place for all of us together inside was impossible and we would have to split our party across the room. We decided to just sit outside. Unfortunately, it was roughly 1 p.m. and there was only two tables with umbrellas and the rest had a little shade from the hotel to the right. The food seems inconsistently priced ranging from the $7.99-$8.99 area and then up to $16.99. It took 45 minutes for us to receive our food, which ultimately was not that great considering the time and cost. If you are on the beach and in search of some quick bites and cold drinks this may be right up your alley but do not expect greatness.

How do people give something a good review and only 3 stars. If it's good it's good. This is great beach place. Cold cold cold AC and good cocktails from grownup bartenders. The buffalo oysters are the bomb. We just had drinks and apps but I would definitely go back.

I enjoy this place! It is a fun beach bar and grill. The food is good, love the burgers and loud puppies! They have a pet cat that lives on the deck, and they have live music outside some days, plus a wooden walk to the beach! Go and have some fun!

My wife and I went here for a late dinner. We were seated quickly and excited to hear the live music outside. After reviewing the menu for 15 minutes and watching the wait staff attend to other tables who arrived after us, we left. I confirmed on the way out that my invisibility superpower had not kicked in accidentally. I hate poor service. No stars.

The first thing you notice when you walk in this place is the smell. The whole thing smells like a dirty fish tank, which is probably due to the tanks around the restaurant but it smells horrible. The calamari was clearly frozen and not made in the restaurant. We ordered the crab dip which was delicious but came with cold shredded cheddar sprinkled on top and served with a handful of two packs of packaged crackers that are usually served with salads? Weird. The bathrooms were also disgusting. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our server knew the menu and told us honestly which drinks were good and which were not. She also happily took a picture for us. Unfortunately I wouldn't return due to the cleanliness and food quality.

Food was pretty decent, but definitely slightly better than One Eyed Parrot (when open). I enjoy the quaint nightlife of the place a bit better than the food, especially when music was there. A great place to relax with a drink in hand.

When you walk in it looks like it should serve hot dogs.. Pleasantly surprised to have our fish cooked just right . Only compliant is beer in cans .. I prefer bottle or better yet draft . Oh yes and reasonably priced

Nothing spectacular, but not bad. Just a cool bar and grill on the ocean. Had the shrimp and part of a salad. Right by the ocean. Our first stop of the trip and I liked it!

This place and its now defunct cousin, the One-Eyed Parrot, were staples of my IOP evenings over the years. I stayed frequently at the Sea Cabins just up the road so it was a nice little stroll for dinner and a drink. The food at BC was always a notch better than the food at the Parrot, but it didn't have the view. There is live entertainment most nights and the ocean glimpses are nice. Indoor seating is an option too. I was there a couple of nights ago and had one of my best meals ever. I had the special, a lemon-pepper tuna (ordered rare, cooked medium, so be warned). The dish came with fried scallops that were some of the best scallops I've ever had. The breading was light and the scallops were large and juicy. I opted for the black beans and rice. The beans were stellar with the salsa/sour cream mixture that they send along. The wife has never had anything but the Seafood Burrito (actually a duplicate of the one on the Parrot menu) and I've never gotten more than a taste. I suspect it's quite good. The waitress that we had this time was excellent. Ask for Jessica and make her feel at home. She's only been in town for a few months. The only negative is the multi-level buildings that are on both sides of the place. If you get someone who wants to sit on their balcony, they have a nice view of your plate, in my case, my bald spot and your eating habits. This can be a little creepy. My answer, have another margarita.

This was out last dining experience on our last night in Charleston. We actually got take out as we had to stay in and pack up our stuff to hit the road early the next morning. The nice thing is, is that restaraunt is located literally within walking distance from where we stayed at the Sea Cabins. We were still full from lunch so the wife and I spilt the Aztec shrimp salad and a cup of she crab soup. The salad was a large protion with plenty of plump shrimp in Aztec spices. Im not sure what the spice consisted of but it is kind of like creole/tex-mex tasting. I don't know but its pretty darn good. The she crab soup seemed OK but I only had two bites as this soup is gold to my wife. I would say that there is better out there in the area. We usually stop here when in town if time permits. There are many other places we try to go to first but this place is a solid choice should you so desire.

From the outside appearance this joint appears to be a real shi$hole. Hell, even inside the place is kind of a dump in aesthetic appearance. So, we always choose to sit on the back deck overlooking the ocean. The apps and fried seafood here are deceptively good. The flavoring is great and the portions are generous. This joint also has great boat drinks and a wide variety at that. So, I'm like hmmmm there's 18 on the drink list...well, guess i'm gettin through 18 today..:) they're all good(I think)..but, again the food and beach view are what's great. Not bad for a real dump..

Love it here. Sadly, last night was the first time i have been there in a year. I think the food has gotten much better. So fresh and really delicious. We started with Loud puppies and Buffalo shrimp. Both fantastic. The hush puppies (which aren't usually my favorite) were the best i have ever tasted, and they did the shrimp (fresh) perfectly. Sauteed in butter before coating in Franks hot sauce. We then had the crab cake sandwich, i thought it was a bit spicy but my husband and son loved it, I had the shrimp cassedia (sp) and it was really one of the best i have ever had. Hubby had the seafood burrito which was HUGE, and stuffed with fresh shrimp, fresh salmon and scallops. They both were served with huge sides and cups (large) of sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Wine by the glass was 5.00 (its a small glass but still a good deal for 5.oo on the beach) Server (Cindi) was fast and efficient. Really the only place to eat on the Isle of Palms for this type of food (meaning choose over Acme Cantina and especially Coconut Joe's) I just had the leftover seafood burrito (too big to finish) and I want to go back immediately and have another one.

The only beachfront place on the Isle of Palms where we could have a mid-afternoon cocktail outside without having to bake in the sun. OK, so there's really no view but they did offer comfy, high-backed chairs on the back patio that were out of the sun but still in the breeze. Service was a little eccentric -- our first server brought one menu for four people -- but friendly enough and to the point. Oh, and you can take your drink and walk down to the end of their wooden walkway if you feel like watching the huddled masses of beachcombers slumming it in the surf.

OK, so this place isn't fancy, but at least it's a little fun. Smokers at the bar in the front next to the diners; In good weather you can also eat outside in the back. Loud, but good, music. Good beer. I had the flounder sandwich and it was pretty good. The other 7 people in our party were not pleased with the food quality. Stick to the really basic foods (burgers, fries, etc) and you will be happier. Portions are huge. Prices are moderate for the IOP. Staff was friendly. Food came quickly. The main "theme" of this restaurant is "Jimmy Buffet" mixed with southwestern cuisine mixed with a beer bar.

(2)Matt P.

(3)John F.
It of conch fritters, loud puppies undercooked. Service was still good. Apparently having a bad day. Previously rated a "beach" 5.
(3)Dorothy H.

(1)Vy D.
Loved this place! My friend and I split a pitcher of long island iced tea and it was delicious! The waitress was also very nice!
(5)Ari G.

(5)Kara D.

(4)Mike T.
(4)Ralph S.
Nice little beach bar. Great pile of nachos, went well with that Palmetto ale. Everyone was happy with their wide variety of choices. Even had a talented singer/guitarist we enjoyed very much. Great start to our vacation.
(4)Nico C.
(3)Kimberly H.
(5)Erin F.
Our food was pretty good. I had the mahi catch of the day on a Greek salad. They had live music outside but it was too hot to stay out there. The service was great. Only complaint was our seating was very squished.
(4)Heather H.
(4)Matt C.
Love this place!!! 5 stars all around!!! great staff, friendly and talkative, amazing food and good drinks!!
(5)Carissa L.
I went here for the fist time this week. The Food was pretty good, I had the Crab cake platter it wasent the best crab cake around but it was good. The Deck out back would be awesome to eat on a sunny day, but I think next time I will just come for the great drinks and some apps.
(3)Pat B.
Went to Patio tonight for drinks and multiple servers ignored us. Walked to bar to order directly and were ignored there as well. Walked out. So weak.
(1)Dave D.
Friendly staff and fun atmosphere made this little place a great pit stop for some appetizers. I would stay clear of the fried conch fritters though. No one at the table cared for them. We did have the macho nachos and they were great. Tried the chicken fingers also and thought they were a bit bland.
(4)Amanda J.
(4)Daniel A.
Nice place to grab a cold beverage when at the beach, 3 stars for the drinks we did not eat here so will reserve 2 stars for food later.
(3)Angie S.
Delicious seafood WOW! Fast and friendly service --hit the spot. Thanks for a great dinner for our family of 10!!
(5)Randy L.
(3)Carl H.
(4)Rich M.
(3)Jared S.
(4)Andrew W.
(4)Andrea M.
(1)Stephanie V.
Value for pricing is great! Food also good!
(5)Lauren C.
Such a great find! Ignore the appearance from the street - the signature banana drinks are delicious! The food was amazing and so nice to have the live music EVERY night!!!
(4)Ray G.
(3)Courtney R.
(2)Jeff D.
How do people give something a good review and only 3 stars. If it's good it's good. This is great beach place. Cold cold cold AC and good cocktails from grownup bartenders. The buffalo oysters are the bomb. We just had drinks and apps but I would definitely go back.
(5)William H.
I enjoy this place! It is a fun beach bar and grill. The food is good, love the burgers and loud puppies! They have a pet cat that lives on the deck, and they have live music outside some days, plus a wooden walk to the beach! Go and have some fun!
(3)Robert S.
No stars.
(1)kasi k.
(2)Megan S.
Food was pretty decent, but definitely slightly better than One Eyed Parrot (when open). I enjoy the quaint nightlife of the place a bit better than the food, especially when music was there. A great place to relax with a drink in hand.
(3)Anne K.
When you walk in it looks like it should serve hot dogs.. Pleasantly surprised to have our fish cooked just right . Only compliant is beer in cans .. I prefer bottle or better yet draft . Oh yes and reasonably priced
(4)Bryab D.
Nothing spectacular, but not bad. Just a cool bar and grill on the ocean. Had the shrimp and part of a salad. Right by the ocean. Our first stop of the trip and I liked it!
(3)Bill M.
(3)Scott S.
(4)C T.
(4)Jeff S.
Nice smiley bartenders served me very cold beer and reasonably priced and tasty crab cake sandwiches. That's all I need out of a comfy beach B&G.
(4)lisa p.
(5)Rob H.
(3)Joe T.
